This template was created because I couldn't find anything else to do the job. I do simple accounting to record individual payouts for fundraising efforts as well as direct cash contributions to boy's individual accounts. I deduct money from individual accounts as they make large payments for camp, registration and fees, etc.
Just right-click and Copy/Move the Template tab, check the copy box and click before the Totals sheet. You will get a new sheet and then you can rename the tab to the boy's name as well as place his name on the spreadsheet and start entering data.
Copy the formula from the second balance cell down and the formula will change automatically to keep a running balance.
Five boys or fifty (like I have), you will find this useful.
