This spreadsheet uses two different methods (Katch-McArdle and Harris-Benedict) to calculate caloric intake to achieve weight loss goals. The user enters their age, weight, height, activity level, body fat %, target body fat %, number of days to achieve goal weight. It then recommends calorie per day targets to achieve the weight loss goal. Diet is customizable by protein/carb/fat ratio. The spreadsheet calculates total daily caloric deficit required, calories per meal, grams of protein/carbs/fat per meal and whether your targets will achieve goal within the requisite time. It recommends regular, accelerated, and time-based daily caloric goals, as well as letting the user specify the number of meals per day.
