Edit Template as you see fit. Place New Stock amounts in the light blue bar. If this a copy for next months stock just add current stock amounts brought forward from last months sheet. Type the amounts sold of each item below its name and check the line on the left is correct for that day of the month.
Current stock is broken down into boxes and loose items in the item tables on the right.
