This is a very simple template using the basic setup from the "red book" -- The Complete Guide to Standard Script Formats - Part 1: The Screenplay by Hillis R. Cole, Jr. and Judith H. Hagg. The basic styles are Description, Character, Dialog, Parenthetical and Slugline. The special ones are In-Scene Slugline, Screenplay Title, Fade In, Fade Out (also used for scene-ending camera directions), and End.
The styles are set up to change to the next needed style. There is a Character-Dialog loop, with most others going to Description next.
Page numbers pick up on a header starting with page 2.
This template does NOT generate or start with an actual title page.
