Predictive Budget

Allows user to input up to 25 budget line items, with a variety of repetition intervals (i.e., every 14 days, 1st/15th each month, monthly, bi-monthly, or once).

Then the user enters a starting balance, and a running budget balance is generated.

The overall design is limited to a 12 month prediction timeframe.

Must have macros enabled for full functionality. If macros are NOT enabled:
- turn off sheet protection for "budget" sheet
- after any update to "scheduled" sheet:
- from "budget" sheet
- single-click a cell in the C3:E676 range
- on the toolbar, select "Data" >"Refresh Range"
