The templates that CafePress.com offers for this size paper have relatively small margins. The margin sizes are great for smaller books, but when the pages get this big, we don't need to save as much space. Therefore, I decided to make the margins 1". I added .3" to the inner margin, for a total of 1.3".

At the time of writing, the original CafePress.com templates for 1 - 200 pages and 201 - 500 pages were freely available on a page in the help section.
