Use:

First line: Title or name of the Recipe
Left Column: This is where the ingredients are listed. Add more rows if needed.
Right Column: This is where the directions and steps needed to cook the food.
Last line: Notes section for anything special needed for the recipe. Tools needed, and special equipment can be listed here.
