Official Meeting Agenda

Today morning, I was asked to prepare an Agenda for the up coming meeting. I was having Linux + OO 3.2 installed on my laptop. I tried my best to find out a good Meeting Agenda Template for Writer but couldn't find it. So I created my own and would like to share it with you guys. Please comment so I can create more templates.
