MyInvoiceWithDialogueBox

To use this template, import it in your set of templates.
Then create a new document based on this template.
When starting a dialogue box will open asking the number of days that were performed. Click on 'OK' when done.
The invoice date and invoice period are set by a macro.
Invoice date is set to the last day of the previous month.
The invoice period is set to the previous month.
You can modify the tax rate, daily rate in customer document properties (->File -> Properties -> Custom Properties)
